Best Deep Conditioners

With the summer in full blaze, the chlorine and saline chewing at your cuticle layer and the crunchy sound of parched hair ringing in your ears; here are a few dry hair remedies that will get your mane back to its former glory.

1. Macadamia brand hair masque

A hard to find product outside of Marshall’s & TJ Maxx, last I checked Ulta stopped carrying it and Sephora has never carried this brand.  If you should every come across this product, buy it!! Its leaves your hair so soft and silky that you won’t be able to stop touching it.  Best on relaxed hair but works wonders on natural wavy, curly, kinky hair.

2. Redken Diamond Oil Deep Facets Oil Enriched Intensive Treatment – 8.5

I  use this conditioner on naturally curly and color-treated hair (blondes);  the results have been phenomenal.  Amazing shine and hydration,  this product nourishes, strengthens & replenishes hair to prevent damage & breakage.  Redken’s micro-oil infused conditioner provides a protective layer on your hair to help prevent damage via heat tools, sun, salt and chlorine exposure.

3. Moroccanoil Restorative Hair Mask, 16.9 Ounce

I use in conjunction with the micro-mist steamer for deeper penetration, scalp stimulation and increased elasticity and hydration.  Clients consider this a luxury splurge and rave about how soft this treatment makes their hair.

4. Moroccan Oil Intense Hydrating Mask 8.5 Ounce

Moroccanoil® Intense Hydrating Mask is a high-performance, rich and creamy deep conditioner formulated for medium to thick, dry hair. Infused with antioxidant-rich argan oil and nourishing ingredients, it hydrates and conditions while dramatically improving hair’s texture, elasticity, shine and manageability. 5. Joico K-Pak RevitaLuxe Bio-Advanced Restorative Treatment 480ml

Revitaluxe instantly repairs years of damage, doubles your resistance to future breakage, and protects against color fade (by 94%) with a single application. I use this product religiously with the K-pak shampoo;  its one of the only products my clients actually request.  www.Joico.com declares its the Keratin Peptide Complex (Jojoba Oil, Aloe Extract, and Bio-Mimetic Peptides), which creates a virtual “molecular bandage” on the surface of the hair to protect against damage and dehydration.

I keep all of these conditioners in constant rotation depending on the clients needs;   depending on whatever circle of hell their hair resides.   How often a client swims or works out,  wearing a protective style or  worse….how often they use flat irons and curling wands.  You cant go wrong with any of these products!

Try them and let me know what you think:)
